Grim's Orchard & Family Farms Festival Vendor Registration

Register for one or all of our Festivals!

If you are a vendor interested in a booth at one or more of our festivals this year, please read the rules and regulations below then fill out the registration form. If you have any questions about the rules, have trouble registering, or have follow-up questions about the festivals, please contact us by email:

Vendor Rules and Regulations

Vendor setup begins at 7AM and is done at 9AM on both event days (Saturday & Sunday).

Participants agree to make no claim for any reason against event coordinators, Grim’s Orchard & Family Farms for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of neither goods nor injury to themselves, employees, volunteers, or visitors incurred at the event.

1. Non-food vendors must be ready for operation by 10AM for safety inspections.

2. Food vendors must be fully set-up by 10AM for health and safety inspection.

3. All Vehicles MUST be removed from festival grounds 60 minutes (9:00AM) prior to start of the festival (10:00AM) .

4. Vehicles may not return to festival grounds until 6:30PM or a time which is deemed safe by Grim’s Festival Management. No exceptions!

5. All vendors will provide their own equipment all in good working condition.

6. ONLY silent generators 75-85 dB(A) are allowed (sound level meter will be used to measure decibels).

7. All tents require straight legs. Tents must be adequately weighted and secured (minimum 10 pounds per leg or 10 foot section). All tables must be covered with table covering.

8. All vendors will have professional signage clearly identifying the vendor name and should be legible from 10’t. No hand written signs will be used without prior approval. No A-frame signs will be used in front of your booth/area or in the street. Menus and prices must be clearly listed.

9. Vendors will be permitted to leave booth set-up overnight at your own risk; Grim's Orchard & Family Farms is not responsible for your booth, and/or your product.

10. Vendors who “sell out” are not permitted to dismantle booths or leave premises prior to festival closing time.

11. Food vendors – Vendors are not allowed to dump grease or wastewater in the streets or in storm/sewer drains at any time. Vendors should have containers to manage their disposal and removal of grease. Failure to properly dispose of waste water and grease will result in the loss of your security deposit and possible fine.

12. All prepared food vendors cooking on the property must have a barrier on the ground to absorb spills or grease.


13. ALL Vendors should leave their space clean and orderly. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your security deposit.

14. At the close of the festival Sunday evening and once the property has been deemed safe. Breakdown should be completed quickly and efficiently and prior to 8:00pm Sunday. Failure to comply will result in the loss of your security deposit.

15. ALL VENDORS must have a #10 ABC fire extinguisher. Food vendors with fryers must have a silver type “K” fire extinguisher

16. Food vendors with a grille must have grille set up 3’ away from tent

17. All propane tanks must be secured in either a crate or to a table or tent leg

18. NO smoking in festival area

19. NO hawking (or yelling out) product

20. NO amplification, sound or music (unless approved)

21. NO leaving your booth space unattended

22. NO caution tape or ugly barriers, at the event coordinators' discretion

23. NO participant shall use Grim’s Orchard & Family Farms name, logo, images or product without written permission from Grim’s Orchard and Family Farm. Failure to comply will result in a fine.

24. All participants must adhere to all festival rules and regulations or they will be removed from the festival without refund.

25. Certificate of insurance must be provided 1 week prior to the scheduled festival you wish to participate in.

26. If the festival/Grim’s Orchard is Closed due to heavy all day rain refund will be issued for the day.
