Description

- Confirm customer age is 21+ by photo ID; all customers must present photo identification to purchase hard cider (all persons in group or just purchaser?)
- Charge customers for orders using Square
- Serve hard cider to customers with discretion
- Pay attention to repeat visitors / prevent excessive intoxication
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces
